PAYMENT TERMS:
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking to secure your reservation.
The balance of your fare is due 85 days prior to departure. The full fare is due at time of booking for expeditions departing within 85 days.
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
Transfers, twin-share accommodation, all meals, tea & coffee, No. of dives as per itinerary, air-tanks, weight, reef tax, guided tours as coded in the itinerary.
WHAT IS EXCLUDED:
Alcohol or soft drinks, Bio-diesel Fuel Levy (AUD $ 15.00 a day on vessel)
CANCELLATION FEES apply and will be charged as follows:
Up to 85 days notice: 30%, Less than 85 days: 100% of fare.
TRAVEL and MEDICAL INSURANCE is STRONGLY advised for protection against cancellation, illness or injury and your belongings from loss or damage.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
A customer travelling to Australia to board diving expedition is required to hold travel documents (passport) valid for a minimum 6 months following their return from Australia. The customer is required to hold a valid Australian tourist visa (for min. 3 moths period) covering duration of 13 day diving expedition.
After receiving the application letter and signed condition agreement, FaDETA will confirm your reservation by sending a receipt for deposit (invoice) dating full payment due. This letter will also include all the applicants details, details of the 13 day diving expedition product and payment details.
After receiving a deposit and above documents FaDETA will immediately send by e-mail an invitation letter addressed to the customer and to the closest located Australian Embassy. The invitation letter will include the customer's personal information including receipt of deposit payment and details of the expedition (duration, itinerary etc).
FaDETA travel operates in remote and rugged regions where facilities and services are either very limited or non-existent. Despite our best reasonable endeavours, weather or road conditions, safety or operational issues, injury or illness, or electrical/mechanical failure can cause disruption and change to itineraries. In any of these circumstances FaDETA reserves the right to alter or cancel any section of the itinerary or to substitute staff, vehicles or accommodation facilities at its sole discretion without refund or any compensation whatsoever. Every reasonable endeavour will be made to keep to arrival/departure times but no guarantee can be given and the FaDETA will not be liable for any costs incurred through delay, change in itinerary or failure to connect with any other service. The FaDETA will not accept responsibility for any problem, complaint or claim resulting from the provision of a service or failure to provide a service by any transportation, accommodation or other supplier who may supply a service at the request of FaDETA .
FaDETA reserves the right to exclude any passenger from a tour at any time if in the opinion of the operator that person may appear likely to risk the health or safety or comfort of other passengers or themselves, or in the event that person commits any illegal act. In any such circumstances FaDETA will not be liable to pay any compensation whatsoever.
THE TERMS OF ATTENDANCE – Are conditioned by deposit and full payment for diving expedition up to dates required for each transaction.
PRICE – All services included in our packages are specified at each expedition's itinerary. Additional, optional services can be provided on individual customer request and are not included in price. FaDETA prices are subject to market fluctuations. In case of a necessary price rise (for example due world full price fluctuation and or any unpredictable occasion) we will inform our customer immediately.
